Thanksgiving last week gave us pause to reflect on something  we have always been thankful for at InCourage;  the opportunity to enjoy the adventure of a journey with our clients.  This edition of our newsletter features two different journeys: a year long sailing expedition undertaken by a member of the InCourage team - read about the voyage of Captain Dave and his family; and the other, a three-year journey that is still in progress - in which JP and his facilitation team have been guiding a courageous organization through their cultural transformation.
